Create New Keywords

Navigate to > Administration > Overview > Approvals > Keywords.

At the bottom of the overview, click New keyword.

Enter the keyword.

Optional: Click
and enter a translation in the fields for all needed language versions. -
Click Save.
An overview of the keywords opens.
A second browser window Manage keywords opens.
The keyword has been created and can be used immediately.

Navigate to >Adminstration > Overview > Approvals > Keywords.

Click Several keywords at the bottom of the overview.

Enter the keywords and press Enter after each keyword.

Click Save.
A second browser window Manage keywords opens.
The keywords have been created and can be used immediately.
