Full User Data Export

This release includes Early Access for exporting user data for administrators. See Early Access and Limited Beta for further explanation. To explore the new functionality, use the latest version of our software and navigate through the Analytics module.

Version 8.0 now enables administrators to generate a comprehensive report of user data. This includes all user attributes similar to what was available in previous versions. The report is accessible via Analytics > Explore > Reporting > Export User Data.

The report has default columns visible in the UI, but only downloading it as an Excel file shows all user attributes.

The Download as Crosstab button allows downloading the report as a crosstab (XLSX), ensuring all user attributes are included.

Key attributes such as Login, E-Mail, First Name, Name, Company, and Last Login Date are included.

Additional attributes such as GUID, External User, Locked User, and Date of Validity are re-integrated into the system.

Administrators can now efficiently manage large data sets, even those exceeding 10,000 users, enabling smoother operations and better resource allocation.

The detailed export functionality simplifies the process of generating and analyzing reports, aiding in compliance, user activity tracking, and license fee evaluations.

The previous method of user data export from pre-version 8.0 was deprecated due to technical and prioritization reasons. This update revives and modernizes the export capability, addressing a critical need for internal teams and customers.

It should be noted that certain columns, such as External User, Locked User, and Date of Validity may initially display no or outdated data until they have been fully implemented within the user interface. Furthermore, the filter for Active status is still pending until the User Status attribute is introduced in an upcoming release. Start Module and Time Zone may be incorrect in certain scenarios.
