Creating a Year

1. Starting from the top navigation, click > Planner > Settings > Year.

2. Select: Fiscal years are always added consecutively. Therefore, you can append the already created years to preceding or following years:

   • If you want to create a preceding year, click Create Previous.

   • If you want to create a subsequent year, click Create Next.

A dialog box opens.

3. Choose:

   1. If you want to apply the exchange rates from the previous year, click Yes.

   2. If you want to create the exchange rates for this year, choose No.

You have created a new year.
