Editing a Task

Starting from the sidebar navigation, click > Planner > Calendar and navigate to the line of the element for which you want to edit a task.

Open the editing dialog for the task:

About the calendar:

Double click on the task icon. If several task icons overlap, right-click on the task icons. Choose Choose type in the context menu. In the Select a task. dialog box, select the checkbox of the task you want to edit. Click OK.

Using the detailed view:

Double click on the element.
The detailed view will open.

Go to the Tasks tab.

Double click the task you want to edit.

Edit the fields.

Click Save.

Click X.
The Edit task dialog box is displayed.
Note: You can convert a task into a job by editing the Type and Workflow fields. However, a job cannot be converted into a task.
Your entries are saved.
The detailed view closes. You have edited the task.
