Annotations
If you would like to provide information for other users, you can use the comment field under the Comments tab in the detailed view.

Right-click an activity bar or a node in Calendar or a node in Budget view.

.The following page opens:

If needed, scroll to the bottom of the list and select Add Comment.

Enter your information into the comment field.

Click Save to save your comment.
The comment field has a user name function: if @ is entered followed by a name, a list of matching names of users in the system will open. Select the desired user by clicking on it. This user is sent an e-mail notifying them of the comment. Please note that all users are listed in the
, regardless of their access permissions.You can add as many comments as you like. You can also edit and delete your comments later.
