Assigning a KPI Set to a Planning Element

  1. Starting from the sidebar navigation, click > Planner > Calendar or > Budget and navigate to the line of the element you want to assign a KPI set.

  2. Double click on the element.

    3. The detailed view will open.

  3. Go to the KPIs tab.

  4. Click > > KPI Sets and select one of the displayed sets.

The KPIs associated with the set are added to the list on the KPIs tab. Edit the KPIs to define weighting, target/threshold and measurement date, see Editing a KPI.
