Administration
For the administration of the dashboard, you only need to create roles for the users as required. For information on how to create roles, see Administration Manual in Further Documentation.
Further settings are not necessary in the administration.

Module Access |
The user has access to the module and can see his or her own published or shared boards. |
Manage Own Boards |
The user can create, edit, and delete his or her own boards. This also includes copying boards of other users. The copied board is created as a separate board. |
The Module Access and Manage Own Boards permissions are basic permissions. For an extension permission to take effect, both must be assigned to a role.

To be able to use any of the following permissions effectively for a role, the role must have the basic permissions assigned to it.

Manage Admin Boards |
The user can create, edit, and delete additional administrator boards. This permission should only be granted to administrators. |
Share Own Boards |
The user can share own boards with other users. |
Publish Boards |
The user can publish own boards thus making them available to all other dashboard users. |
Manage Shared Own Boards |
The user can edit additional boards which another user has created and then shared. |
